Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery with photos and proof of purchase.

We will offer a replacement or refund where required under
Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue promptly.
