are intended for animal consumption only and must be used strictly in
accordance with provided instructions.

All drinks must be served cold or at room temperature only. Under no circumstances should products be served hot.

2. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that improper use of our products, including
heating or serving at unsafe temperatures, may result in harm to your pet. You
accept full responsibility for ensuring products are used safely and
appropriately.

3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Willow will not be
liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from:

guarantee that products are free from all allergens. Pet owners are responsible
for reviewing ingredients and ensuring suitability.

6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any
rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
